Elevated Tastings
Are you intrigued by the behind the scenes of winemaking? There is so much planning and patience that comes with winemaking, along with hard work, passion and dedication to the craft. Let us take you on a tour and tasting that will have you leaving with so much more of an understanding and appreciation of the art of wine. You and your group will be greeted with our Award-winning Signature Sparkling and given a tour of our gorgeous property including our state-of-the-art production facility. You will have an opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the wine making process as well as sample wines at different parts of the process. After the tour, we will take you on a seated Private Reserve Tasting paired with an amazing cheese and charcuterie board. This experience is 21+ ONLY, 4-legged friends are NOT permitted on this tour.

Groups of 7 -10 OUTSIDE
Bianchi is that perfect place for family gathering. We can accommodate larger than usual groups with a little pre-planning and some creative furniture rearranging! Please include all people in your group, tasting wine or not. A $10 per person deposit is required. A 20% gratuity will be added to the bill at check out. Groups larger than 10 must call ahead for special arrangements, No outside food please!

Belly up to the bar or grab a table. Our air conditioned tasting room has beautiful vaulted wood beamed ceilings and large expansive windows that bring the outdoors right to your table! Please No Outside food! TY

Beautiful views and Fantastic Wines! Paso is getting warm but there is plenty of shade on our tasting room patio. Relax by the pond or stretch out on the big comfy couches in our member area! Please No Outside food! TY
