2018 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

Powerful aromas of dark chocolate and cigar box monopolize the nose of this wine. Its full body and complex tannins offer flavors of cocoa, blueberry jam, black cassis and a slight chalky texture. The influence from 100% new French oak gives this wine complexity and softness. This bottle is fantastic to drink now, but will also improve with age. We suggest pairing this bottle with a wild mushroom risotto, a juicy lamb burger, an indulgent gourmet mac & cheese, or of course, your favorite flavorful cut of steak.
