Join us for an afternoon that carries into the early evening, filled with authentic Mexican cuisine, live mariachi music, and, of course, the newest releases from Bianchi.
Sip the new wines, enjoy incredible food, reconnect with your favorite Bianchi wine club members, and stay awhile—we plan to eat, sip, and dance our way into the evening.
In the spirit of Día de los Muertos, we invite you to bring a photograph or write a note in remembrance of a loved one who has passed to add to our ofrenda. Together, we’ll create a beautiful space to honor those we love, celebrate their lives, and raise a glass to the memories that remain with us.

Each membership is limited to four tickets. A limited number of non-member tickets will also be available.
Do you really like wine? Are you curious about what we do behind the scenes? The Tour and tasting will give you a unique opportunity to see what makes us tick. Start with a welcome pour of one of our whites and your host will give you a brief tour of the property and on to the production facility. You get the ins and outs of the wine making process and sample some amazing wines straight of the barrel. Finish off with a private reserve tasting paired with a loaded cheese and charcuterie board. Sorry no small children or pets allowed on the tour.
