Elegant bouquet of aromas like jammy red currant and ripe nectarines, coupled with smooth earthy notes of mushroom, herbs, and green vegetation. Our specially selected Seguin Moreau barrels help elevate the strong varietal aromas of this wine.
Bone dry and medium-bodied, this wine boasts intriguing flavors of delicate herbs and spices, crushed gravel, red plums and roasted peppers. Prosciutto and burrata, garlicky grilled sausages, lentil soup or a hearty lasagna would all pair exceedingly well with this flavorful and nuanced wine.
